The project features an atrium roof (more than 7,900sqm) using ETFE technology to provide natural UV light within the mall. It will become the new shopping, dining, recreation destination in Ajman.

This mall is to be built over the 92,903sqm land area and will host a hypermarket that will cover a total of 15,000sqm, while also encompassing more than 100 retail stores. This project is located at the juncture of Ajman and Sharjah, near both the Sharjah and Dubai International Airports. CSCEC ME signed the Agreement with Ajman Holding on the construction of Mirkaaz Mall project on January 8 th, 2018.
